Andrea Steiner – Founder and CEO of Goldstück
In 2007 Andrea Steiner founded Goldstück Communication GmbH and e-magazine goldstueck.com.
After having worked as a strategy consultant at Cluster Consulting in Barcelona (now Oliver Wyman) and as the International Sales Director for FIFA WC 2006 she decided to create her own company to focus more on her real passions like beauty, lifestyle and selective niche-brands.
To finance her new venture she continued freelancing as a strategy-consultant and interim-director in various internet-startups. At the same time she and her team broadened the spectrum of Goldstück and step by step established a successful PR-and marketing agency that also provides a lot of strategic support to international brands seeking to set foot in the German speaking markets.
Andrea has been working with start-ups in varying sectors and different countries since her first job in the year 1999 and has a clear analytical approach, the ability to think out of the box, to improvise and to never stop until a job is perfectly executed.
She holds an Executive Master in Luxury Management (EMiLux) from Bocconi in Milan and ESSEC in Paris that she finished as top of her class in April 2021.
Since September 2021 she teaches as an honorary lecturer at her Alma Mater ISM (International School of Management) where she herself graduated in 1999. Her teaching subjects are Brand Identity and Value of Luxury Brands and Sustainability Management of Luxury Brands.
She is a strong intercontinental networker, digital citizen from the beginning and speaks fluent German, English, French and Spanish with a solid working proficiency in Italian and Portuguese. She took up lessons in Mandarin Chinese last year.
Andrea lives in Cologne together with her husband and their two wonderful daughters.
