This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and the like. This is only information which does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
This information is technically necessary for the correct delivery of content requested by you from websites and is mandatory when using the Internet. In particular, they are processed for the following purposes:

Anonymous information of this kind may be statistically evaluated by us in order to optimise our website and the technology behind it.
Like many other websites, we also use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a website server to your hard drive. This automatically provides us with certain data such as IP address, browser used, operating system and your connection to the Internet.
Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transfer viruses to a computer. The information contained in cookies can be used to help you navigate and view our web pages correctly.
Under no circumstances will the data collected by us be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent.
In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
Press Releases / Newsletter
As a PR agency, it is the task of Goldstück Communication GmbH to provide editors, bloggers, influencers, stylists and journalists with information about our clients’ products and business developments. This is done via newsletter or e-mail.
On the basis of your explicit consent, we will regularly send you our press releases in the form of newsletters or comparable information by e-mail to your specified e-mail address (in the following we use the word “newsletter” for all forms of digital information transmission).
Your e-mail address is sufficient for receiving the newsletter. When you register to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed by e-mail of circumstances relevant to the service or registration (e.g. changes in the newsletter offering or technical circumstances).
For an effective registration we need a valid e-mail address. In order to check that a registration is actually carried out by the owner of an e-mail address, we usually receive a business card or an e-mail from you with the request to include you in our e-mail distribution list. We do not provide any form that can be accessed via any website to be included in our press mailing list. We will transfer this e-mail address to the corresponding e-mail distribution list, no further data will be collected. The data will only be used for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for newsletter dispatch at any time. In every newsletter you will find a corresponding link. In addition, you can inform us of your wish at any time via the contact option indicated at the end of this data protection notice.
Goldstück Communication GmbH’s newsletters are sent by the “Clever Reach” mailing service, a newsletter mailing service of CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG

The dispatch service provider can use the data of the recipients in pseudonymous form, i.e. without allocation to a user, to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. for technical optimisation of dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. However, the dispatch service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass on the data to third parties.
Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (following: Google). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these web pages, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.
The purposes of data processing are to evaluate the use of the website and to compile reports on activities on the website. On the basis of the use of the website and the Internet, further associated services are then to be provided. The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the website operator.
Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)
In order to present our content correctly and graphically appealing across all browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or does not allow access, content will be displayed in a default font.
Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible – but currently also unclear whether and for what purposes – for the operators of such libraries to collect data.
Using Adobe Typekit
Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When Google Maps is used, Google also collects, processes and uses data relating to the use of map functions by visitors. For more information about data processing by Google, please refer to the Google Privacy Notice. There you can also change your personal data protection settings in the data protection centre.
Detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in connection with Google products can be found here.
Embedded YouTube videos
On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. Operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to Youtube servers is established. This will tell Youtube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged in to your Youtube account, Youtube can personally assign your surfing behavior to you. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand.
If you have deactivated the saving of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not have to reckon with such cookies when watching Youtube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you wish to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.
Further information on data protection at “Youtube” can be found in the provider’s data protection declaration at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/
We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. Your renewed visit will then be subject to the new data protection declaration.
